Hello all,
The first VHF FM Net for ARES met yesterday, November 21st at 9 PM. Over 20 people participated. Future nets will include simple on-air drills.
The net meets every 3rd Tuesday, so the next net will be December 19th at 9 PM.

NCRC Field Day 2017 was another great success. We came in 1st place in RI, 2nd place in New England, and 4th place nationally. The 2nd/3rd/4th place finishers nationally were all within a few points of each other this year.
We had three new members join the club last night (Nov 13, 2017). Congratulations and welcome to the largest and most active club in the state!
Our sponsor, KVH, will be open this Monday, so we will be holding our last formal meeting of the year on Monday November 13th at 7 PM at KVH.
We don’t have a formal presentation this meeting, but we do have a number of business items we will be covering, including votes for Officers, Bylaw Changes, and new members. We will also be reviewing the results for Field Day, and JOTA, plus updating folks on our educational activities.
