We will have a regular meeting of NCRC on Monday, April 11th, 7 PM, at KVH Manufacturing. During our regular business meeting we will cover the Executive Committee’s anticipated budget for 2016, and several new procedures related to expenditures. After the meeting, a presentation will be made by Paul, K1YBE, on the use of a Raspberry Pi in robotics.

Meeting: Monday Feb 8, 7 PM KVH
We will be having our regular NCRC meeting at KVH this coming Monday at 7 PM.
In addition to our usual business items, the will be a discussion on the very successful Winter Field Day activation at the end of January, as well as voting on a new member applicant (Alan, KB1DJ). After the regular meeting an excellent video on the K1N Navassa Island DXpedition will be shown.
Please don’t forget that dues are due. At this point 51 of 84 members have paid. You can check the member roster to see if you have paid — look on the 2016 column on the right — if you see “2016” by your name, then you’ve paid your dues, otherwise we don’t have a record that you’ve paid. Please contact Ted, W1GRI, if you have any dues questions. And you can pay online by clicking on the “Pay Dues or Donate” tab.

Our first meeting of the year will be held at KVH, Monday, January 11, 2016.
Christmas Party December 14
The 2015 Christmas party will be held again at the Mainstay Inn in Newport on December 14th. This event and location have proved to be comfortable, convenient, and the food is fine. Cash bar cocktails begin at 6:00 PM and the excellent buffet dinner begins at 7:00 PM.
After dinner we will introduce the incoming club officers for 2016 and then have some laughs with a Yankee Raffle.
This cornucopia of good cheer is yours for $33 per person. Call Ed Gosling at (401) 846-0812 to make your reservation. You can pay at the door, but do call Ed soon so he can plan gracefully. You are encouraged to bring a small gift to place on the Yankee Raffle table.

A regular meeting of NCRC will occur at KVH Manufacturing, at 7 PM Monday November 9th.
In addition to elections, and discussion of some recent educational results, we will be having a drawing. The winner will take home a field tested Cushcraft R7 Vertical antenna.
