It is with much sadness that we report Julian Plowright, N1UHP, has became a silent key.  Julian was very active in our club, and had just upgraded to Extra Class this summer, right in time for his Field Day activity.  Julian had also done all the paperwork and coordinated with all parties involved, to obtain permission for the ILLW Lighthouse Activation of Goat Island just this past weekend.  His health had declined to the point were he could no longer participate on air, but he was aware of how successful the event was and how much his efforts were appreciated.
