The in-person NCRC meeting will be held tonight at St Barnabas (usual place) at 7pm.  The doors will be open by 6:30pm.

The main topic of business will be the final reading and vote on the
amendments to our By-laws as introduced at the March Meeting.

The Program
Have you ever thought that you would like to try Parks On The Air,
Summits On The Air, or any contest format activities? But then had
second thoughts because you felt inexperienced with the on-air
procedures?  Come join Willy, W1LY as he creates a realistic, but game
format, radio simulation that will bring you up to speed while having a
good time.  No radios, no microphones, just a pencil and willingness to
enjoy.
