Not a contact on 12m but Newport and Newport County have some awesome days for looking at Yachts.  KC1NFM is always on the watch for interesting events in the harbor and reports them to the 2m W1SYE net.   This 12 Meter Yacht crew exchanges waves with the well-wishers on the dock.   The KA-10 sail number on a hat was also reported as found in the bay.
