K1N, Navassa Island, is the #2 most wanted DX entity. \u00a0That need will be satisfied over the week or so\u00a0as they are now on the air. \u00a0Propagation into the New England states is fantastic, with S9 signals on multiple bands during the daylight, and one or two bands 24×7. \u00a0That’s the good news. \u00a0The not so good news is that the pileups are fierce. \u00a030-Meter pileups have\u00a0filled almost the entire band, and 70+ KHz pileups on the SSB bands is not uncommon. \u00a0Still its worth the effort to snag this rare DX.<\/p>\n
