Reminder: NCECT Class begins this Wed at 7 PM

The NCECT-100 EmComm course begins this Wednesday, April 8 at 19:00 hours in the Portsmouth EOC, located in the Portsmouth Fire Station at 2300 East Main Road in Portsmouth.
